Sicily, we love you...

This was a last minute holiday in the midst of a pandemic with flights booked 4 days before we flew.  My god did we need this.  Sicily...we will be living vicariously through our memories for the whole winter. xxx

Iseo, Italy

Our summer holiday this year took us to Iseo - one of the lakes in the north of Italy.  We spent our few days eating pizza and gelato, drinking Aperol Spritz (at Euros 3.50, rather than £9.50) and wandering the streets of various towns, cities and villages.  Our cousin's husband took us to his family cottage up into the mountains where we celebrated the summer festival.  We made a trip to Brescia too.
